  • 1 c Hemp Milk
  • 1 Banana Frozen, Sliced
  • 1/2 c Blueberries Frozen
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Fresh
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener Optional
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
  • Hemp Seeds and Cinnamon for Garnish Optional

Instructions

  • Pour hemp milk into blender.
  • Add frozen banana slices, frozen blueberries, ginger, hemp seeds, monk fruit sweetener, and lemon juice.
  • Blend on high speed for 1 minute.
  • Pour in a tall glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds and a dash of cinnamon.
  • Serve immediately.
